Dear Sir/Madam,
Complaint of Customer Service
I am writing to complain about poor customer service provided by your staff, Ben Mak, in the MongKok branch.
On 5 March, 2011, when I walked in the shop, Ben Mak was talking on the phone and ignored me. After I picked up a T-shirt, and found it was not for my size. I would like to ask Ben whether there was another size that fits for me. Unfortunately, Ben was still talking on the phone with his friend, and just requested me to wait for minutes and minutes. I waited for more than 15 minutes. And Ben continued to talk and talk. Worse than that, I heard that Ben told his friend he had never met a person like me before.
Since I am disappointed with the customer service, I certainly hope I can get a full apology.
Yours faithfully,
SKT

Re: Complaint of Customer Service

We are sorry that our customer service was poor.

We usually try our best to provide good customer service but there was something (what??) out of our control.

We have provided a (s...) training for our staff about customer service, therefore there won't be any similar problem in the future.

We appreciate your feedback and we want our customers to be fully satisfied. To show our goodwill, we are enclosing with this letter a $50 coupon that you can use in our shop.

Yours sincerely
